“Five financial advisers and two firms won leadership awards at the 12th annual Invest in Others Awards last Thursday for their charitable initiatives and corporate philanthropy. Presented by the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation, the awards program recognized advisers in five different categories. Winners this year received $40,000 for their respective charities, and finalists received awards of $10,000. The winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award received $50,000 for his charity.
