Faith Over Fear

The Hope's in Academy is a HOPE'S IN program being piloted at Barrington High School. The mission of the program is to give students the skills and confidence to make an impact and is a direct link to a core element in HOPE'S IN's mission: their aim to help develop the next generation of humanitarian leaders. Despite no longer being able to meet in person, the students didn't let that stop them from making a difference this year! Instead, they rose to the occasion and launched Faith Over Fear.

Faith Over Fear is an initiative started by a group of students in Hope’s In Academy.

Faith over Fear aims to fundraise for causes that will help during the COVID-19 pandemic. The funds raised by the Hope’s in Academy students will go towards donating meals to healthcare workers at St. Alexius Hospital. The students are also collecting videos of people from our community that share messages of love and hope for Senior Citizens. These videos will be compiled and shared at local nursing homes. We invite you to please donate or share a video to help this cause and play a role in helping others during this difficult time. Video submissions can be sent to asharma2@bsd220.org.
