“This is my fourth year going to Guatemala and seeing the treasures and I am more excited than ever. Each year brings new emotions, memories, and amazing experiences. I’m most looking forward to seeing old friends that I have made and impacting the lives of new treasures. The character and love from the people in the garbage dump community is probably the takeaway first timers are most touched by. It really makes the trip infinitely times better. I cannot wait to be there!”

Hello HOPE’S IN community!
As we gear up for this summer’s trips with Potters House Association, we want to share with you how our volunteers are feeling! The first HOPE’S IN team will leave Sunday, July 31st for Guatemala. Each summer we are so expectant about how the communities in Guatemala and the hearts of our own volunteers will be impacted! Throughout the next few days, volunteers will share about how they are experiencing this week.
So please, tune in and celebrate all the hope that is happening this summer! The first to share is Mitch, his writing above is so beautiful and tells the story of some of our long term volunteers that have watched the communities grow and transform over the past four years.
All my best,
Courtney Quigley
